"We had David from Bailey Boy Inspections come and inspect our home. We aren't moving but we wanted to know how our home was holding up after 20 plus years. He did a very thorough inspection which took a couple of hours. He took pictures of possible problems as well as made good suggestions to improve areas. We especially liked his report which he sent immediately with pictures and explanations. David is very personable, fair with his pricing, and he's a very honest person. We would highly recommend him for any inspection needed."​
